Wrong boots sent - no exchange or refund
Purchased some boots online. Arrived and I started to wear. After a couple of weeks I visited the website and noticed they had sent me the wrong type of boots. Subtle difference I didn’t really notice when first wearing.
I flagged to the company by sending an email. Didn’t hear anything for days, so I called. Lady said she would get back to me.
Received an email that day saying they couldn’t do anything as I had worn the boots, even though they recognised the mistake.
Now taking action through Trading Standards as they are in breach of the Customer Care Act according to the advice I’ve been given.
