After three days of buying the car the engine warning light came on.
The fault is catalyst efficiency below threshold.
Once the code is cleared the light comes back on after three days!!
Warranty company says it is wear and tear and it is not covered.
UTTERLY USELESS WARRANTY!!

This is the second occasion I have sold a car to GK, price given absolutely eclipsed WBAC and Car Wow - No fuss, prompt payment, could not recommend GK any higher.

If you want a no fuss deal, whether selling or buying GK should be your first point of call.

Car dealers take note, this is how a car dealer should operate, customer service spot on, great range of cars/vans for sale, no salesman on test drive trying to brow beat you into buying the car. They was happy to modify a vehicle for my daughter ready for collection. We will always look to buy any future vehicle from George Kingsley.

George Kingsley has been great! Very smooth process and I had the car delivered just a few days after everything was confirmed. Car arrived and I was very happy with it considering I had never seen the car. Would defo buy from them again!

Scamers!!! Avoid!!! Today I traveled 200 miles for a part exchange. My Porsche Cayenne 2009 in change for their Mercedes C200 2006 left hand drive 🤣🤣🤣 and £1500 in addition from their side. At the end they tried to charge me £3000 🤣🤣🤣. They tried to convince me what old car I have which worth £2000 🤣🤣🤣🤣 but their car wort £5000 🤣🤣🤣🤣. My car fully servised, running without any problem, and their car very rusty, absolutely no futures on it, full of DTCs (I scanned it) and full of leaves looking like an abandoned car. I spent £100 o fuel and 6 hours both ways. They are 3 scamers and they try to convince you what a cheap car you have when is not the case. Very stupid what they did.
Very disappointing!

They bring excuses on Google reviews, but is not the case. Please read other customers 1 star reviews and make sure it's worth your time and fuel to go and get in touch with this scamers.
They are not car dealers, they are car robbers.

Absolutely fantastic service start to finish. Picked up my VW Tiguan and absolutely love it. No pressure selling, given plenty of time to look round it and test drive, car was presented in immaculate condition, nothing more you could ask for. I love the fact straight away you knew it was a professional company wanting the best for its customers. Dean is a top salesman, and you can absolutely see why they're reviews are so good. Couldn't recommend GK high enough.

From start to finish this company have been amazing. Purchased a car online without looking at it. Car was delivered in excellent condition. 10 miles down the road the engine light come on. GK put me in touch with the correct garages and had the issue sorted within a matter of days.

Can't thank the garage enough from receptionist to salesman to owner.

I purchased a Volvo V70 T6 R-Design from GK Prestige and Performance and have nothing but praise for James and Dean, for all their knowledge, support and enthusiasm throughout the process of viewing and buying the Volvo. We first became happy customers of George Kingsley in August 2021. Since then we have brought three cars from them. GK have a excellent sales team, are so helpful, informative, and nothing is too much trouble for them every car we have brought from then has been a very easy buying process, we have never regretted buying any of them. They have always brought the car to us, and no Delivery Charges.

I was looking on GK Website and saw a car we both liked. I spoke to Dean he was always very helpful, polite, cheerful and answered all our questions. Dean is a top notch salesman, no heavy or hard selling tactics, 100% truth-full answers to our questions - he was so helpful, patient, no hard sale, no rushing, answered numerous questions. we think GK are very lucky having such a patient, kind and friendly sales man.

Van don’t meet any quality of standard preparation. Not what you expect when you pay £16000
Do not buy anything before you view yourself . I trust that can be like described but unfortunately not .
Worse things mechatronik need repair, shocker badly leak and damage my new driveway , Airbag damage , arm rest damage looks like eating by rat . Van not clean inside, it was said van have full service history ( cambelt etc ) but didn’t get anything plus advertising was quickly removed so I cannot see again to proof. A bit playing , I know all these game boys was in trade business 10 years
This lads needs learn a lot about sale cars
Keep this in mind when you arrange viewing because cars not prepared and not ready to buy straight.
Lucky I buy through finance so hopefully will get things sorted
They pay me £1000 to do cambelt and airbag and say me that I don’t have any more rights to sort another bits because they all really pay me money .
We buy van with 3 months warranty and now they say is not warranty, what a rubbish
