So called chinese Orthopaedic shoe company

Ordered 4 pairs of Orthopaedic shoes. Panicked when PayPal showed Chinese company and email came from soofancy.com. Thought they were a Polish shoe company. Tried to cancel order within 1 hour of placing the order- sent emails to gerankk and soofancy - PayPal have put money on hold and raised a dispute case. I told PayPal I wanted to cancel immediately. I have to wait 10 days for the so called Orthopaedic shoe company gerankk to respond. Fingers crossed PayPal do not let the money transfer. Also in trustpilot under soofancy.
