I bought a set of dining table which was
expensive and the table was defective,with 2legs not aligned with the table surface. The issue was reported but noone ever called me back.
When I call the after sale service, a lady answered very rudely that this is how the table was meant to be.
We regret having made a purchase from Germain Lariviere and after the terrible service we got ,we do not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Terrible after sales service. We spent over 9K on new appliances for a kitchen reno and asked for the items to be delivered in Sept. I was contacted and told that since we bought them in June we had to take delivery in August. They arrived - no issues. We stored the fridge, stove etc .. in our dining room. The new Microwave was completely sealed in a box with no outside damage apparent. We opened the box yesterday as we are now ready to install - and the microwave has a huge dent in the side (like someone kicked it). I called the store and they have refused to do anything about it - because we did not claim within 24 hours of delivery. No offer to replace, no offer of a discount, nothing - just it must be frustrating for you ... however there is a clause in your contract ... They have NO customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
