Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. Sold a right lemon. Had a major oil leak fixed with bathroom silicone. Lasted 2 days. Asked for REFUND. Got nothing but sob stories!!
The mot must be dodgy. One tyre had such a huge bulge on the inside,it was extremely dangerous. Bald tyres on inside at back. Rear pads/ calipers inoperable. Headlamp not working. Sunroof not working. Broke down after collecting for oil leak. They did come out eventually.
Do not use. You have been warned

You may be without-a-car

I was looking for a car close to Leicestershire and saw a Honda that I liked the look of, I got in touch with Andy who seemed like a genuine bloke not like other car salesman, he told me it was his wife’s car and she used it daily and the reason they were selling it was she wanted an upgrade, the car had low mileage and a full service book and everything seemed to good to be true. I purchased the car and picked it up in the Friday around 5pm, the next day I was running my usual errands and I parked in Sainsbury’s car park I had a light come up on the dash, first impressions was oil pressure as I asked ChatGPT what it was but it wasn’t that, it was a moisture sensor for the fuel I took it to Honda to confirm and they agreed it was, (Honda literally across the road from where I was) well after two weeks of driving one morning I was travelling to work and lost power, I contacted Andy and again I heard’ we’ve never had a problem with it” but I was stuck in Coventry at this point and I managed to nurse the car back to Honda.
I asked Andy if he would agree to pay for a full diagnosis and health check and he agreed.
Gaz at Marshall Honda contacted me that evening and my worst fears were becoming true that he needed a new turbo and a possible new engine (thick gloopy oil) he also added that it looked as if someone had flushed the engine but never removed all the chemicals when putting in fresh oil. So with this and loosing in trust in the car I rejected the car and told Andy this after him reassuring me he’ll get the car back and sort it out but my question is why was it initially flushed!!
Well it’s been a week on and the car is still with honda and my broker/lender is struggling to get hold of getacar and I’m without a car
No money has been paid to Honda for diagnosis and no attempt to actually get the car back

Found a car on auto trader went to buy the car it was described exactly as the advert we got late arriving there and they still waited for us they made us feel very welcomed they let me take car for a test drive own my own from start to finish excellent customer service had a miror electrical issue with car that couldnt be resloved there and then and as we traveled from Cardiff we had stay in a hotel for the night as they didnt have similar car that we wanted to have so they had no choice to give a full refund striaght away no problem at all unlike other car dealer would try and chance you mind or tell you to come back other time even though it wasn't there fault they refunded me for my fuel, food cost & hotel costs even thought most car dealers never do any thing like that i was promised a refund cost the for fuel, food & hotel costs i was promised by the end of next week i would get a refund but i had it few days earlier over all truthley i only wish there was more people like Andy & Nigel and two genuine trustworthy business minded people who care about there business & the after sales if i will buy a car next time i will definitely come to these guys first shame we couldnt do business but i would totaly recommend get a car!!!!!!!!
