This is an absolute scam avoid at all costs. Within hours I asked for a refund and they quoted terms and conditions don’t allow for refunds. There is also a link the looks like you can’t continue without signing up - don’t do it a worksheet worse than anything google could advise is downloaded it’s absolute rubbish. All you get for signing up is a calorie tracker and nothing more.

What an obstructive and deceitful process. No transparency then trying to force me to send photos. It took 3 days before i got answers i was looking for and after i paid they told me that either I show my pictures or they'll cancel. Going straight to the privacy commissioner.

I contacted them because I was experiencing a problem and the issue was resolved in less than two minutes.

I deeply regret using this service. I cancelled my subscription, have no access to any account, yet was still charged. Multiple emails were ignored, and support hid behind refund policies instead of addressing the unfair charge.
Poor customer service, zero accountability, and extremely frustrating experience.
I would not recommend this app to anyone.
I also requested for confirmation that my subscription has now been cancelled and received no response!

I was attracted by an ad in Facebook offering a FREE TRIAL. On joining I was asked to pay over £31 and was immediately enrolled to a monthly subscription, the next pay would be on the 11th January (less than two weeks since my joining and since they debited my bank). I have sent numerous emails complaining. I have cancelled any future payments but I will never recover the money they very dubiously charged me. No reply. These people are crooks!

Order 16962. It’s been two weeks and despite multiple emails to this company, received no help for my order. I bought some bar bell weight set and received the bar, some of the weights, but not the weights that should have come with the bar. I posted a negative review on google hoping for a response, which I got, asking me to email support, which I did, and still have received no help. Thankfully bought on credit card so will be pursuing that way if not resolved.

Equipment arrived quickly but was missing the step. I have tried contacting the company on numerous occasions to rectify this issue but have never heard back from them. They only have an email address on their website to contact them so not able to speak to someone regarding this matter. My advise would be to stay clear of this company as they do seem to be lacking heavily in good customer service.
