The car I rented was not pleasant
The car I rented was not pleasant, decent cleaness inside and outside, alarming due to lack of tire presion, already damanged all around including cracked rear bumper which did not protect drivers. At the end the owner charged me 10 euros for cleaning, but this makes absolutely no sense. For the app, there is no where to claim this.

The car was in awful condition with a terrible smell of urine.
Contacted both the owner and GetAround.
Owner acknowledged, but didn’t apologise or offer any help.
Getaround apologised but offered no further help or refund.

Excellent car. Quick inexpensive rental process at airport.
Manuel was very helpful and pleasant. Really easy to work with. No long queues and multiple form filling. Google translate helped make the rental process very simple and quick.

Flexible hours and great prices
The experience was great all around! The renting hours are flexible, the cars are in great shape and the prices are very competitive. There is a transfer from the airport to the car park and the other way around 24/7. I would definitely recommend GetAround to friends and family.
