Great last minute assistance.

I was confident I could handle the move by myself, but by the end of packing everything I was exhausted and stressed out. Finding bellhop to help me out at last minute was a blessing. Kirk and Nadir were sent and saved me so much stress on an already stressful day.

Moe and Damian were great!

Moe and Damian did a terrific job loading our POD. They maximized the space and secured our furniture well. They were professional, on time, and friendly. They really worked hard. We were very happy with the service they provided.

I'm posting this review in several…

I'm posting this review in several places to be sure these folks DO NOT get hired anymore.

I will tell anyone who asks not to use this company. We booked a move for the Saturday of Mem. Day weekend and got a confirmation on May 3. We were originally looking for options that might have someone pack a truck for us while we finish the job. Bellhop offered this, as well as a rate that seemed quite affordable for a full move, so we booked it. After that, I received a series of 8 emails over the ensuing weeks with all sorts of helpful packing suggestions to help me prepare, I took them seriously. We even got a Meet your Team email a couple of days prior to the scheduled move.

Moving day: they are 20 minutes late. I call and talk to someone who has to keep putting me on hold to check on things. He can only tell me he is working on getting a hold of someone. While i've been on hold with him for about 30 minutes, I get a call from a supervisor who informs me that they need to re-schedule the move for Monday. What!? We've packed absolutely everything and - by this time - the truck should've been in the process of loading. We're irate, but what choice to we have on Mem. Day weekend. Ugh!

We sleep on the floor the next couple of days. Sunday, late morning, I'm having a conversation with a friend and receive a call from Bellhop informing me that they need to cancel the move. What!? The supervisor informs me that he chose to call me rather than text me this information because they feel bad. He also says they are offering not only to refund my deposit, but to offer us $150 as a consolation. When I balk at the amount, he adds that the "higher-ups" wanted to offer us less. Not only have they completely screwed us on one of the busiest moving weekends of the year, they can't even offer us $$ to cover the cost of scrambling to find other movers.

We were extremely lucky in that our refrigerator deliveryman mentioned that he does moves and that he was actually willing and able to put together a crew in about 16 hours. As for the promised $150, while they did refund my deposit, that money has never shown up on my credit card. (We had a plumbing mishap with a local company, soon after, and were refunded money on our cc within a day.)

Do NOT use these folks unless you want to be screwed and unable to do much about it. I'm seeing several other poor reviews to this effect, so am clearly not alone!

We apologize for the 20-minute delay however we want reiterate we provide our movers with a 30 minute window to arrive to the moving location and this was the case, as we strive to provide timely and efficient service to all our customers. We understand that this delay may have caused frustration and concern.

Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances can arise, and in this case, our driver unexpectedly quit, which significantly impacted our ability to carry out your move as scheduled. We understand the inconvenience and frustration this caused, especially during the busy Memorial Day weekend.

We also apologize for the additional rescheduling of your move to Monday and the subsequent cancellation. We understand the impact this had on your plans and the inconvenience it caused. Our supervisor's decision to inform you personally rather than through a text message was an attempt to demonstrate our sincerity and concern for the situation.

Regarding the promised $150 as a consolation, we apologize for any miscommunication or delay in processing the refund. We will investigate this matter promptly to ensure the refund was processed accordingly and reflect on your credit card statement as soon as possible.

We want to assure you that your feedback is important to us, and we take it seriously. We deeply regret that we were unable to meet your expectations and provide you with the seamless moving experience we strive for.

We understand that you were fortunate to find alternative movers to assist you, and we are grateful that you were able to proceed with your move. However, we acknowledge the inconvenience and stress caused by the sudden change of plans and the subsequent scramble to find replacement movers.

We apologize for falling short of your expectations and failing to provide you with the service you deserved. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our operations and prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.

If there is anything else we can do to rectify the situation or address any outstanding concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. We genuinely value your feedback and hope to regain your trust in the future.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we apologize once again for the inconveniences you experienced.

The team in Cincinnati was excellent. Great movers great attitudes. It was raining the whole time and these guys werent phased at all!

Worked to complete not chat and took a seat!

This is not a set and the movers pop in moving day. Helpful reminders were sent as well as moving tips. I liked having photos of the movers in advance. Daniel and Marcus were outstanding! They moved my things. They were professional not chatty. No complaints about the weather, stairs or extra time for my move. THREE ADDITIONAL HOURS, no complaints anything, moved my things continuously until finished. The BEST movers I have ever used. Definitely would hire again if needed.

Great Team, Great Price!

I recently chose Bellhop to move from my 1-BR apartment into a new house, and I have nothing but good things to say. The movers were on time, friendly, and very efficient! The Flying Pig marathon happened to be the same morning, but that did not cause them to be late nor did it add any time to my move. The whole experience took between two and two and a half hours. The estimated price was accurate and affordable.

I have moved twice in the Cincinnati area within the last two years. For my first move, I used a competitor that I'd often seen advertised throughout the city. It was not a good experience--it took more than twice as long as with Bellhop and it cost $200 more.

I would absolutely use Bellhop again! A big thanks to Erron's moving team!

Best move service I’ve used - but…

The move was incredibly coordinated and the people were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and cared so much for my stuff that I honestly will not be using any other moving service going forward.

The only thing that sucked was the app didn’t let me mark less than 3 hours for the move and it took exactly 1 hr. I would suggest a way to reach out to the customer as to why they mark a shorter time and determine availability on that because it’s unfair to the workers to get paid hourly AND have a small move they didn’t anticipate.
