Start to finish, it was a great experience. The crews arrived when they said they would and professionally and respectfully did their jobs. I will definitely use Bellhop again.

I scheduled a move with a truck, and less than 72 hours before the move, Bellhop told me that they did not have a truck and tried to cancel the move. I do not have any other options, so they said their movers were available, if I rented and drove a U-Haul myself. I was obviously very uncomfortable driving a U-Haul, but it was the only way I could move after all the arrangements had already been made. Finally, I was overcharged for the work. The movers reported that they started working before they even arrived.

Thank you for making move so easy! I was quoted a fair price and my movers were friendly. I will recommend you to anyone who needs movers!

Coming to do MOVING service without bringing A DOLLY is enough to say it all.
They just stacked my stuff in the truck without any planning or consideration about the type of boxes and what is fragile.
The WORST moving service I have ever contracted.

I will NEVER recommend bellhop.

First time they have rescheduled on me. I understand things come up and I have used bellhops in the past with mostly no issues. However, If I didn’t have the time to be delayed, I’d have been far more stressed by the already stressful situation that is moving.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Movers themselves were good, company lies about truck availability and puts the work on the customer to find solutions.

I have used Bell hops 3 times and each move went great! I recommended Bell hops to my daughter and she is using them too for the 1st time this weekend. I am sure it will go well for her too!

The team was amazing and I didn’t realize HOW amazing they were until I drove three states away and moved into my house! They were SO strategic and thoughtful about how they packed the UHaul, that NOTHING shifted AT ALL! :-D It was all packed in nice and tight to where they used the size/weight of furniture or other bed frames to wedge things in so nothing bounced around or got ruined! It was sooooo perfect! Awesome job and was extremely happy! I could’ve never done that! Lol
