Just moved to Tampa from Chicago and the bellhop movers were fantastic. I used them to help load and unload the Uhaul on both ends of the trip. In Tampa we were helped by Matthew, Roberto, and Vanessa. They were fantastic! I would use bellhop again!

The first crew was very rude, unprofessional and did not care for my items. They did not complete my move and I needed to wait days to get the second crew to finish my move. I was harmed because of the broken glass that they left from the first crew. I also was hurt because of a nail they left in the bedroom. Would never hire the first crew!!

The second crew was amazing. Vanessa, Matt, Omarii and Eduardo gave me back my faith in humanity. They were extremely helpful, went above and beyond to help me move my items and assemble my furniture. They were on time and a delight. I am very grateful for Vanessa and her team.

The only reason I have them a four stars is because the second team was great. The first crew gets ZERO STARS.

Loved the ease of the booking process. James provided great communication and thoroughly explained the process to me. He made me feel comfortable and didn't nickel and dime me.
Move day was ok, I was not present at the original location, they communicated when they arrived however, did not communicate when they were departing just to review the notes placed and misc. items were picked up. Therefore, a few items were missed in the move.
The driver communicated that he would be earlier than scheduled unfortunately, I was not able to accommodate with my work schedule.
The unloading crew was good. Solid team with Joseph, Mack and Tyler (?). They were very sweet and hardworking. they shared that the driver quickly unloaded and left as he had somewhere to be so one of them had to stay downstairs with my items which were left on the dock.
I allowed them to borrow a gorgeous limestone rock from my first hike in TN as a door stop and unfortunately that was lost. While it had no monetary value it signified my new beginning! Sadly, it happened and by the time I realized, it was nowhere to be found. I did appreciate Joseph following up with me to check to see if it was located.
Overall, Bellhop was a VERY GOOD service! I would use them again.

The men were very good and organized. They made sure what was dissembled they put back together. The company did a good make sure what to expect

The team was on time and fast. My only suggestion would be to invest in mattress covers to protect your mattress. They all communicated very well and set the expectations up front.

We were supposed to have three movers. One left within 2 hours and did nothing but we paid for him.

To start the customer service reps were informative and professional.
The moving crew were very professional and friendly and extremely helpful. They worked in a timely manner. Ulysses, Vanesa and Gustavo were great! Highly recommend!

Both the loading and unloading team were very communicative and hard-working, they paid very close attention to my stuff, they did not lose anything, their price was excellent. Would recommend.

We had a great experience with our movers throughout. They arrived on time, they got everything done in the time we expected. They were courteous and communicated well. This could have very easily been a 5 star review except after they left we found a large hole in one of our walls where they were moving furniture. A simple remark that this had happened would have been sufficient. I do believe it is important to be up front when things like this happen.

I was very impressed with the movers. They were punctual and professional and friendly and took time moving my furniture making sure pieces were wrapped . I would recommend this group of movers/company to everyone. They were the best!!!

I was notified that my movers were not coming 15 minutes before they were supposed to get there. That is completely unacceptable. Not only did they not show up, I had nobody follow up with me and continuously work to get me help. I was moving to a new city by myself with a limited timeframe to move in to my building. I ended up having to move everything completely by myself (including large furniture) even though my place of employment covered my moving expenses. Thank you for leaving me completely desperate without any kind of follow up.

Outstanding workers. Made my move rather enjoyable. Will use Bellhop again when i move and will recommend them highly.
