Carpets left in a state by tenants

Carpets left in a state by tenants. Booked a service with Elite, where it was a pleasure to speak with Rachel. She even sent me a very pleasant email reminder the day before. At the appointed time Sean arrived. He cleaned, sanitised, deodorised and left our carpets looking new. Sean, you did a great job! I would highly recommend this company.
