Really wanted to like these guys, very detailed youtube videos and so on so I bought some gear from them. Delivery was fine although I had an issue with one part of the order not working. I've emailed them twice (over 10 days so not to pester) and used their Facebook chat and they haven't once replied to any.

Such a shame but you live and learn I guess.

Not long in to the brewing game and these guys have been more than helpful on numerous occasions.
I had one tiny issue with 1 order, which on its own wasn't worth mentioning and very much wasn't a fault of get 'er brewed, but the after care was first class which I feel needs called out.

Great quality goods ,great quality service, amazing knowledge with a keen willingness to share it and a ridiculously fast turnaround on delivery (late night order on a Sunday arrived on Tuesday)

Excellent site for all things brewing, i especially love the customer grain bill option they offer. Always been fast delivery to ireland and the communication from customer service is excellent. 5 Stars.

Fantastic delivery, I was a bit hesitant to place my order given the mad issues over Brexit and the media hype relating to some goods crossing between the Northern Ireland and the U.K. But I played my order as they were the only place to have what I wanted in stock. I ordered it at about 10.00am and received everything by around 1.00pm the very next day here in the West Midlands.

These guys are good. A good range of stock at a good price. Quick to process orders. Delivery is OK once you take into account goods are coming from NI. DPD will show your order as not yet received until it gets into the mainland, then it’s usually next day.

I have had a few orders from Get Er Brewed specifically because of their 'build your own' all grain recipe service. This is invaluable for small brewers like me who don't want to order large quantities of ingredients which may go to waste. I can order exactly what I need for each brew. No wastage and no weighing out ingredients on brew day. I recently had problems receiving a delivery after moving house. DPD claimed they couldn't find me and so my order didn't arrive. I contacted Deborah on the customer service line and she was really helpful. I got a second order sent out and received 2 phone calls from Trevor to keep me up to date with their battle with DPD to get my order delivered..They went over and above what I would have expected them to do, and I received the goods today! ( sadly too late for my Xmas brew but I blame DPD) For such a small order they out in maximum effort to get it to me, and have secured my future business. Definitely recommended!

Delivery and customer service is terrible!
I have placed orders with Get ‘er Brewed twice, the first time I got a voice mail to tell me they had run out of a product. It took a week to get hold of someone about my order, I called twice a day and left massages every time but still took a week. No offer of refunding the delivery charge (which stated 1-2 days). I have now been waiting a week for my second order, no correspondence, no updates, no apology. Why do they continue to state 1-2 days deliver and charge a fortune for a service they can not deliver on!

Used this company a few times with the hope of delivery times getting better. Prices are competitive and products are good but delivery times let them down every time. If I order goods on a Monday or Tuesday I expect my delivery before or on the weekend not the following week, every other home-brew company manages it.

Took a trip from Bangor to purchase wine making kits.(on recommendation).Customer service top class as we hadn’t realised this was an on line warehouse. .
However we were well looked after and look forward to getting started with these fantastic products. Thank you boys

Ordered extract brewing kit, as a beginner the instructions are a bit on the vague side (as is not actually that much use). Initial encounter left me a bit concerned that this wasn't for me - BUT -
Jonathan over the phone talked me through everything in a slow, helpful and enthusiastic manner. Left me confident in the product and the company.
Could certainly review their published instructions but their staff are a credit to them.

I placed one order, which arrived quickly but was missing one part.
After some communication with Get'er Brewed they have re-sent my original order and some freebies to make up for the errors in communication and problems.
I would recommend them, and purchase again.
