Piece of great app and great scam combined.
App that can do wonders has zero customer service. Contact emails are not working and even if you purchase lifetime version, they decide to cancel your registration code and don't bother to send a new one. Stay away from it, because it drives you crazy to find a contact to get what you paid for.

Please do not waste your Money

I purchased their app for $105 including taxes and audio and video are not sync. Tried to contact them and receiving Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to sales Q getflv.net because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. Waste of money!!!

Although I have had the software for many years and it has proven useful at times it is very temperamental and not worth the money, the customer support email addresses do not work, you simply get your messages back with a mailer-daemon message saying the mailbox is not available, I purchased a Gold edition with lifetime upgrades, the code has stopped working with the latest version and as stated none of the email addresses on their website work. I would suggest using alternative software as lack of customer support is never a good sign especially with software that has such a high price.

This software is a scam!
You pay a lot of money then it works for a bit and times out and ask for more money to register. Very very annoying!
Sending emails to customer support does not help as they dont reply to anything or anybody!
Avoid at all cost and dont do my mistake!!!

I had an earlier version that was minimally useful, but it was better than its competitors so I lived with it.

Then they told me I needed to get a new version which I (fool that I was) did. I downloaded, installed and registered it (actually, I downloaded, installed and registered it several times), but now, three weeks after I upgraded, it is still timing out after three minutes and telling me I need to upgrade.

And as someone elsewhere said in a review "this appears to be abandonware" I have sent multiple emails but have heard NOTHING from anyone.

It's sad because with a little more work, it could have been a great product. But hey, if it's not an expensive lesson, you don't really learn it, right? And this little lesson cost me $80.
