quick help on solving my issue

Reset my password and updated my phone number.

When i called transunion they immediately got the problem straighten out. And are going to send me a copy of my report showing that walmart wasn't on my account twice.

Just kept getting emails asking if my issue had been resolved and I emailed back no. No resolution at all

Gethuman got me intouch with netflix.uk and actually spoke to a lady who was very helpfull. Anymore things like this happen i will be intouch with gethuman for help to resolve the matter. Thank you .

I contacted iTunes by telephone, after reviewing their website. I informed the rep.Of the email address and was told it was fake. Also informed the charge had not been made against me credit card. I was able to be reassured the charge had not been made but was concerned the email contained the last four of my credit card. I cancelled my credit card on itunes, notified my internet provider, and did a check of my firewall. Don't know how my account was hacked. However if you receive a bogus email regarding a charge not made, call iTunes and follow these directions I would request iTunes evaluate this problem and if numerous people report the problem report to possible authorities to assess if iTunes was hacked

This has got to be the worst bot ever. If you're a company and opt for this option because you cant be bothered to communicate with your clients and dont understand the meaning of transparency such as Facebook etc., then opt for this and lose any clients that you might be holding on to.
