Great lines of communication.
Darlene and Arcie went above and beyond to help resolve the issues I was having. Even in my frustration, they were calm and assured me 100 percent they would resolve the situation. And this, they did. They kept in frequent contact so I felt listened to.

I received my first shipment yesterday and while there was a bit of delay due to Easter holidays, I am pleased to have started my journey.
