POOR customer service
They overpaid me and then sent me a new payslip with a revision -5hrs. When I called up the lady had no idea what she was doing I after 15mins on the call she passed me onto another staff member who took my over payment. I was advised I will receive a confirmation why this happened and how much was taken back with a receipt nothing happened. A day later I called up and was advised to call back after an hour as the the systems where down. After another day and few emails I called up again had a word with Sally the manager who said she will get a confirmation out but she sent a explantion to why she took the funds. A rubbish, unprofessional company who dont know what they are doing. AVOID this company like hell. I have also posted this on other social networks just in case this is removed from here.
