I was kept up to date with my claim and where it was at. My claim was processed and paid out in less than six months, and I didn't have to deal with the bank.

The down side the website is very confusing when adding claim, documents and seeing an invoice for a claim that was processed, but overall would recommend everyone to try getmyrefund

Easy as pie
For one car loan I had six years ago I was sold two lots of junk insurance. GMR was able to get a refund for both lots of insurance. I originally tried to do it myself but was given the run around even though I was still in the cooling off period. I considered this dead money so to get some back even after GMR's generous fee's I was happy.
Only downside is that their website does need some work. Mind you I did try to lodge a claim just after they appeared on TV and their severs crashed. I had two claims going apparently but I could never see them on my account.
