While i had sone difficulties on my end due to not owning a computer, everything was made very easy to understand and the process was smooth and painless. I recommend anyone owed funds jump to it right away , you have nothing to loose and everything to gain.

Originally I was sceptic and thought maybe the whole process was a scam but it was easy and straight forward and I ended up receiving a refund that I would never of known I was entitled to without their service.

Apart from not providing the fees…
Apart from not providing the fees payable to them they also went back on their words of offering a payment plan for their fees. They are no different to the people they are chasing for the refund. A big game of cat and mouse . Then added a big sob story in regards to their limited resources. Would not recommend. Anyone thinking about using these people think twice. They are just as bad if not worse than the people they are chasing. 40% for their payment for 3 emails and 2 telephone calls. Do not trust GMR

We were so excited to hear that you won. You are correct we did go back on the payment plan option as that was offered when your refund was going directly into the administrators of your unpaid account and you wouldn't have seen any of it. Sarah worked so hard to pull off a miracle to get that refunded outside of the administration, no payment plan was needed! You got roughly $2000 in your hand clear and nothing further to be paid to us.
The number of emails and calls to you is not a representation of the amount of work that goes on behind the doors and we can assure you the your outcome is actually amazing, We do so much more than you think and it's unfortunate for you that you didn't answer my calls to understand that.
It has pained me to closed your other claims knowing you wont see the benefit you gained along with the $2000 in your pocket.
We wish you luck at getting anything equivalent from these other companies with only 2 calls and 3 emails. It takes us 30 or 40 emails and calls to the providers, the years of experience and processes we created to enable something that was never available in Australia before us.

Delayed refund but refund nonetheless
The refund process was not easy but eventually it was completed. Financier lied and was slow to react but with a push one certain individual on the get my refund team got the ball rolling in a matter of weeks compared to the other few who did nothing to help. Overall 7/10. If it weren't for Belinda the score would have been lower.

Hey Ivan, Thank you for the feedback. For clarification here, you did have a win, and the win has gone back to your account. Your claims manager has explain this to you over the months we have worked with you. When you claim against an account where there is still outstanding owing to the financier, the insurer can and will, put your refund into that account so your balance owing has been reduced. That is totally normal. Our team has done a great thing winning that for you and although it's not in your hand, it is on your account so it's still a win win for you.
Edit: The insurance company has confirmed a full refund was credited to your VWFS loan account on 17th February. You may need to contact VWFS are request the statement.
