She was very helpful and sorted my problem of having cards I could not use due to stores stopping gift cards being bought but she helped me break it down to smaller denominations to give to family members.

The saving and receiving the cards is great. I had a problem with “refer a friend” as they didn’t register it so I’ve had to chase the credit a few times. And we still can’t see where my friend has had it but I got nowhere with the query so have given up. I spoke with a lady who said she wouldn’t get it and kept
Repeating one sentence over and over and an email said we both have had it but only I have!
Saving is great but customer service is not.

Clear and plentiful texts keep me fully updated when orders are dispatched and expected. The delivery courier also notifies in advance. For many years now my Christmas gifting and food shopping is all saved and paid for by October. Monthly direct debits from 1st November to October 1st the following year make saving very affordable. The range of digital and physical cards are impressive as they cover most high street brands. Also, many vouchers can be used online. It improves year on year.

Have loved being in control of my own savings it’s felt great. Started last November and was paid up for September and with the easy to access app available could keep a constant eye on my payments.
