They make it difficult!!

They make it difficult!!! If you pause because you dont want them charging you a recurring payment early on your card, they take away your data service you've already paid for. You can not un-pause on your own to get on the internet again. You must call them to un-pause and get want you paid for back.

My data plan started on the 4th and I haven't even received the device ??? Now I have to pay again on the next 4th when I didnt even use my full month ? Thats robbery. It isnt even set up yet and you've already put me on a timer. Watch these people. Your one mo th starts when you order, it takes weeks to receive the device, so your whole first month is gone.

Hidden renewal terms, difficult refund process—persist if you're in the Netherlands

What I signed up for:
The subscription page states "pay X for the first six months"—but the automatic renewal terms are hidden behind a "..." that you have to click to expand. Not exactly transparent.

What happened:
My subscription auto-renewed into another 6-month fixed term (€179.94) without explicit consent. When I contacted support for a refund, I was denied multiple times—first by their AI chat, then by a human agent who gave me the same scripted response: "the plan has been applied to your device, no refund possible."

What I had to do:
I filed a complaint with ConsuWijzer (Dutch consumer authority) citing hidden terms and unlawful automatic fixed-term renewal under Dutch law. Only after escalating and mentioning regulatory action did they process a full refund.

The outcome:
I did get my money back—but only after fighting for it. The refund was issued after I made clear I wouldn't just accept "no."

For Dutch consumers:

Your 14-day withdrawal right generally applies to initial purchases only, but automatic fixed-term renewals without explicit consent may be unlawful
Hidden terms behind clicks may not meet Dutch transparency requirements
If you're denied a refund, escalate—and file a complaint with ConsuWijzer
Would I recommend this service?
Not as currently operated. The product may be fine, but the subscription practices make cancellation and refunds deliberately difficult.
