I’ve been using the Sensate device for…

I’ve been using the Sensate device for a while now, and it has become a really valuable part of my routine, especially during stressful periods or when I’m having trouble sleeping. The gentle vibrations combined with the beautifully composed soundscapes create a very calming experience that helps my body relax quite quickly.

I am totally frustrated

I am totally frustrated. I had surgery and was relying on my sensate to work. It connects but does not vibrate. There is very little customer service. Your note said it would take two weeks to even get a response! I really like and was depending upon the product working : (

I have been diagnosed with ADHD

I have been diagnosed with ADHD, and using this helps me refocus when I get exhausted. My son also benefits from it after coming home after school and needing to decompress after a hard day.

The product itself is great but there were issues activating the subscription.

The product itself is great. I really enjoy using it and it is helpful for overall relaxation and resetting your nervous system. However, I purchased it with a subscription to "plus" and when I tried to activate the subscription it wouldn't work. I got some assistance from customer support and they got it working. That lasted four days and I can no longer access the year long subscription I purchased.

As someone who wanted to do meditation…

As someone who wanted to do meditation for many years but could never just make myself do it, having Sensate has changed that. I love that there is set music and time frames and the vibrations mean I instantly relax. It feels like ultimate self care.

It’s so easy to use

It’s so easy to use, no icky gel to apply. Can easily fall asleep with it with no worries. The soundscapes are the icing on the cake :)
