I’ve been using the Sensate device for a while now, and it has become a really valuable part of my routine, especially during stressful periods or when I’m having trouble sleeping. I am totally frustrated
I am totally frustrated. I had surgery and was relying on my sensate to work. It connects but does not vibrate. There is very little customer service. Your note said it would take two weeks to even get a response! I really like and was depending upon the product working : (

The product itself is great but there were issues activating the subscription.
The product itself is great. I really enjoy using it and it is helpful for overall relaxation and resetting your nervous system. However, I purchased it with a subscription to "plus" and when I tried to activate the subscription it wouldn't work. I got some assistance from customer support and they got it working. That lasted four days and I can no longer access the year long subscription I purchased.
