Love my new Sensate! It is a great tool to help my nervous system calm down. The "Plus" tracks are worth the bit extra, but there are a few in the free version that are still good.

Skeptical, I was amazed to find relief for my nervous system, including my digestion. I will be recommending Sensate to family and friends. Thank you!

Very slow delivery. Poor vendor communication Product hard to use and lacks sufficient instructions. Had to look on google to get directions. Should allow more than 1 person in family to use. Expensive.

The experience of using the Sensate is pleasant and relaxing but I’m not sure that I feel calmer afterwards. I was hoping that I would experience more relaxation after using it.

This will help you manage your stress. I am a C-Level team member. I report to an executive director/organization owner, and I am responsible for several teams. I workout 5 hours a week. This item helped to lower my stress.

A great device

Had some difficulty getting it set up -- not intuitive However, I just used it for the first time and it felt a bit odd but relaxing.

Received quickly

The device is excellent when it works. Customer service has room for improvement in speed of responding and functionality, especially I suggest they include the plus code for those who purchase it either in the purchase email or in the box with the device. The sounds take a long time to fully download to successfully load — it shows downloaded in a second, but then you need to give it a couple of days to really be able to load everything to fully function (you would be able to begin with a couple of tracks at first). But then when it works, it is excellent, especially I am using it with Kanuda eve and spine traction pillows simultaneously and it is great.

It helps me relax, I do not like the subscription service though

I did not like the product and want to return in within the return window. The company will not contact me back even though I have tried multiple times over a 3 week period. I feel like maybe the company is a scam? Either way, it does not seem like the device works and can't be returned. Waste of $300.

Sensate comforts me in the middle of the night

Sensate is so easy to use. You just turn it on and then use the app on your phone to play music and start the gentle vibrations. In moments your tension starts to melt away.
I have used Sensate after a long, hard day, after stressful conversations, to calm my body before sleep, and even to regulate during a panic attack.
My son who has autism loves using Sensate when he’s disregulated and needs a moment to calm down and reset.
I tried a vagus nerve stimulator that shocked my neck and zapped me with electrical impulses. That was painful and only ramped up my anxiety! Sensate has NO stimulating shocks or zaps!
It’s simply gentle, patterned vibrations that resonate deeply, calming you from the inside. It reminds me of how a baby might feel being rocked while you pat their back. Just gentle and soothing.

My Sensate device helps me every day. I recommend and love it 😊❤️
