Denying withdrawal AFTER their customer service has advised me that I have been successfully verified AND after I already have made smaller withdrawals.

I made my first deposit on Jan 23 and made sure all my documents were accepted by verification. I have a screen shot of the agent advised me that it was, I gambled a little and made a withdrawal of 100$ just to actually see it would go through and it has. Now I have I gambled a larger amount and ended up winning 1600$ I have made a request of a withdrawal and they denied saying I need to verify my account by uploading a bank statement with my deposit to them?! Are you kidding me? I just made that deposit that statement hasn’t been uploaded yet, so I attached the most recent statement, the actual deposit transaction and they keep denying my withdrawal. Their customer service has misinformed me on 3 occasions and they will not ask for any alternative document which I am happy to provide, I have never had this happen with any casino. I can’t emphasize the amount of frustration I am feeling. Do not trust this site and especially their customer service. I also have all the screen shots to support what I am saying here but anytime I try to get help from customer service they just ignore me and ask for a statement that isn’t available yet. Liars and scammers.

To be honest I like the site and games I feel they play fair, As far as customer service is concerned there isn’t any, I requested a withdraw by LTC which I deposited using LTC no bonus just straight deposit and I managed to get it up and 40 mins later withdrew my money via LtC straight to my wallet. Now most casinos using crypto including these guys have done withdraw in 10mins -2hrs tops this with draw was marked in progress an hour later today im still waiting for my withdraw. I have sent 5-10 emails to them not once have they replied I have been on live chat to ask for the manager to get this sorted out to be told there not available and they will just tell u what I have already said just wait for support to do it and send you an email. NOT GOOD ENOUGH I wanted to speak to supervisor or manager which I was told I couldn’t there on a very tight schedule so there seems to be no authority here. I waited and requested for support to process it still nothing or reply hours later.
This comes off the day prior I had to wait 24hrs for LTC I deposited to go into my account they said they had it and it will be in later this evening which it wasn’t it was the next day.
RED FLAGS, IM STARTING TO FEEL THEY HAVE ISSUES HERE.
I’m pretty understanding if they actually replied to just 1 of the 10 emails I sent I would be comfortable but to completely ignore me smell like a scammer
Be very careful here nothing seems to go smoothly with money in and out of your account im at the stage where myself and 4 others I know are looking else where just can not be trusted.
