Have used Timely for nearly 6 years now, I’ve upgraded my business to their top tier recently and it’s great. They have always responded quickly. The system is easy for us and our clients. Love the deposit options as it’s almost wiped out our no shows!

I love the ease of use, the repetative actions to speed up processes, being able to rebook the same service, the reports have lots of detail. The look of the appointment page, the sms booking confirmation and last but not least the team behind the scenes, always ready to help,guide and problem solve if required. Couldn't recommend timely highly enough.
Rubbish support. Did not reply. Couldnt set up online payment system and no one replied to my email or phoned me back after I was told they would. Youi have to wait 24 hours for a call back. if I have an issue, then I need help with it at the time of the issue, not when a software company feels like calling me back then dont bother anywayt

Love this booking app. Just wish clients weren't scared to use it lol I have all my services priced. And had hubby do a booking to see how easy it was. And if he could do it, why can't others lol still trying to figure out how the reward system works as I book all my regular clients myself.
Timely has been a game change for me in terms of Diary Management.
Clients decided where and when they want to meet with me and I grant them permission (within guidelines set by me) to do so, with no further input or management from me.
This is a fully featured program, easy to use, with excellant Australian support.
Poor product experience. Have a valid credit and the company won't process a refund. Don't recommend.

Love the Timely program easy to use great customer service. Only negative is you cannot get instant help unless you pay for phone support so have to wait for email responses which is sometimes not ideal. But brilliant team brilliant program.

Ive tried several different booking systems and i can honestly say Timely ticks (nearly) every box. The mobile and desktop interface is easy to navigate. Ive had great communication from the team when I’ve needed it. There is only one thing missing. A booking app for clients. It’s easy for clients to use the booking link and go online. But that’s the only thing anyone has ever mentioned to me about booking. Everything else has been straight forward. I recommended Timely to my other hair and beauty friends all the time
