One star for this store is too many. I ordered the item on June 5th and still haven't received it. They don't respond to messages either. This was the first and last time.

Absolutely unbelievable service. Delivered within 2 days from DPD. Their own brand Nic salts are crystal clear without being saturated with sweetness. Quite coil friendly and dirt cheap for what you are getting. Delighted with everything.

I changed my mind late about something on an order and emailed and the customer service and response was amazing, no hassle at all and responded super early the next day. Shout out to Colin who dealt with it and is a gentleman

This is the first time buying from kix and I have to say so far I'm very impressed with the order I received today.
Very easy to order online, had question answered straight away super fast delivery and well packed. They also have great deals like 3 for 2, I ordered a few different flavours to check which I would like best.

I ordered 25 bottles of vape oil, only received 15, I emailed them twice and never got a reply....ill be looking else where in future

This company has went above and beyond to help me.I have been buying nicofresh vape oil for over 2 years.after trying lots of vape juice this is the 1 that helped me quit smoking.i had a bit of a prob and they came out to my home to help me i cant thank them enough.

Website is very user friendly, was recommended a vape and liquids by a friend who showed me it on the site - quick and easy to find. Website easy to browse too.

Would recommend Kix liquid itself, its top quality after a few days using it.
Point to note I ordered a Banana Ice but it sold out before my order placed so they sent me 2 Kix Strawberry Ice which to be fair was a safe bet and appreciated as its the only flavour I like and was only giving the banana Ice a blast after trying it to try something different. Safe to say, its 5 star for flavour and smoothness to the point my partner who only uses strawberry liquid now has acquired one of my bottles after trying it and asked me to order more for her!

Very impressed all round, the points are a nice bonus too and after shopping around I couldn't better their deals.

Great customer service. I missed an offer due to a web page malfunction. They honoured the deal after expiration. I also recieved a faulty unit and the issue was dealt with swiftly and professionally.

This "WAS" one of the best companies I ever dealt with until recently. Fast delivery & great Payday offers. However over the past while orders are taking anything up to 10 days or more to be delivered. I'm aware there are issues the Royal mail but that's not my problem. Please Kix address this issue & avoid loosing customs.

Ordered some NicoFresh liquid x2 boxes of 30ml and received an extra box🤩there was a deal on but I didn't realise and the lovely people that work there sent me the extra box and received my order within a few days so very happy 🙂
