Fab delivery time and love it totally over the moon

Our radiator is damaged and i have reported this to yourselves with no outcome. Seriously disappointed. Delivery service was awful, and the radiator was dumped in our courtyard. You seem to be aware that your courier offers a poor service but still continue to use them. Unhappy customer

Purchased two Aero radiators as the look was perfect for my new bathroom. Unfortunately ill fitting end caps on the top of the radiator ruined the overall look. Not a cheap radiator, so I'd have expected much better quality and fit and as such I wouldn't recommend this particular product unless you want it to look like you did things on a budget.
Service was good up to the point I informed Geyser of the problem, I was sent replacement end caps but they didn't fit either, now Geyser have just stopped communicating, can only assume they like to treat customers as disposable once the purchase has been made so I can't really recommend Geyser either. It's a shame as they started so well but in the end they just acted like so many other companies.

Of course I understand the limitations of current working practices. I haven't reviewed you for slower than usual response times, and gave reasonable time for you to respond.
I also only reviewed you and your products as I found them. If you have few complaints then a suggestion would be focus on them and don't just accepted that your mostly doing okay!

Very fast service! My radiator valves arrived the next day which is especially impressive when you consider that delivery is free and the product price is very competitive.

Quick & efficient service, packaging was all intact but a couple of dents on the radiator but not enough to warrant returning & waiting when the plumber was here to install, however would use again.

I purchased 2 electric towel rails. They were very well made and looked like they would give long service. The 3oow thermostatic elements also looked good quality. Fitting instructions were excellent.
Delivery was when expected

Great service from Geyser. I had one query prior to purchasing which was answered without issue over the phone. The thermostate/heater arrived in a couple of days later and was installed and operating in no time at all. The thermostate looks great and works a treat, lovely warm towels again.
