I am sharing my personal experience for awareness purposes.
I worked with Giant Migration’s Dubai office from October 2024. During the final months of my employment, I experienced delays in salary payments and received assurances that the outstanding amount would be settled. To date, my understanding is that a portion of my salary remains unpaid despite multiple follow-ups.
I continued performing my duties and handed over all company property upon the closure of the office, trusting that the remaining payment would be resolved. Unfortunately, the matter has not yet been concluded.
At this stage, I have accepted the loss and consider the remaining amount my contribution to the company. My intention is simply to share my experience so that both clients and prospective employees can make informed decisions.
I have retained records of my communications regarding this matter and remain hopeful that an amicable resolution can still be reached.
