My wonderful experience
Overall very simple and easy to understand. Victoria Fortune was also very helpful when i faced a problem with logging in by giving me clear instructions to follow in order to solve my problem.

Umbrella company for final months of contract
Had to switch to Giant as umbrella company for final months of a contract. Paid on time and clearer payslip than previous umbrella co. Friendly and mostly efficient support team, but web portal/apps a bit clunky... could benefit from a refresh. On the whole, felt well looked after.

I spoke with Courtney today, I had a wonderful experience. couldn't be happier with the service I received from Courtney he was so helpful and patient helping me fill in my form today for my payroll. Every time I call Giant I hope I get to speak to Courtney this was the second time I spoke with him. He is great at his job and so lovely to speak too. The best customer service experience I have had!!!
