So far I've spoken to Giant about organising them as my chosen PAYE partner for my contract for a public sector contract.
So far my agent Mohamed Abdullahi has been very easily contactable, responsive and described the options and implications very clearly.
I've only just come onboard so I hope the service continues as it has so far. If I don't post an edit assume good things.

Query about VAT Deregistration
I made a call to giant precision on Thursday 02.07.26 to aske for some assistance in deregistering for VAT i was served by a guy called Kosi who was very polite and help full he made some calls on my behalf to there compliance team then rang me back with feed back of what needed to be done also left his name and said if i needed any further assistance not to hesitate ring Giant and aske for him and he would help me further if necessary i cant aske for more than that and his pollite and friendly manner i was very happy with the service.

Highly Professional
Giant has been managing my contract payroll for the last few months. The onboarding experience was highly professional. The various levels of Umbrella services offered by Giant are useful for varied needs. The support staff are very responsive.

I’ve been with a few umbrella companies…
I’ve been with a few umbrella companies over the course of my interim journey.
Giant, on balance are the first who actively look after their off-payroll resource.
Whilst not perfect they fulfil their function as the go-between to enable workers to deliver their service to clients very well.
