Gibson was quick and easy, gave good advice and direction as to what was needed in my case, I would definitely recommend to others it was very helpful to my son case. The receptionist was just as helpful and friendly.

Where to begin...Over the course of fourteen months, this old Chicagoan never experienced a single ignored email, delayed response, rude or curt or condescending reply. A tremendous amount of thanks to Mark Jackson. My sister and I are Americans citizens and recently decided to begin our investigation into obtaining our dual citizenship. I reached out to numerous resources and Mark was the first to respond. Keeping in mind there's a 5 hour time difference the call back was received within about 12 hours. That impressed me straight out of the gate. Mark was extremely professional and informative and took the time to answer all of my questions. He also took the time to give me a follow up call a few hours later so that my sister could join the conversation as well. His second call back came at 5pm, his time, on a Friday when he was supposed to be heading home to enjoy his weekend.
