The solicitor assigned to me has provided an exceptional quality of service from Start to Finish in a well structured manner, ensuring a very quick turnaround for any communication with the buyer's solicitor. I was always kept up-to-date on the status and any queries I had on the process or documentation was very well explained.

Although technically appropriate service (I think) their customer care was very poor. I was always made to feel that I was imposing and too demanding when asking for basic updates. Having picked them as Dublin based a precious week was wasted sending documents to Donegal and back. There was no sense that they understood or were helping my needs. Very disappointing and compared to other smaller solicitor firms I have used, very expensive and impersonal. Even the vendor’s solicitor was more helpful.
