If I could rate 0 star or negative star, I would. This company is simply unbelievable, rude and probably a scam. I placed my orders 3 times to purchase gift cards and all of them got cancelled after emailing me that the orders were created. Tried to call the customer care and I was told they could not verify the information I provided. I especially called my bank/visa card and confirmed that my purchases are not fraud. The customer care representative just repeatedly told me that he could not verify the information I provided and I asked what kind and he could not tell and just told me that I have to find another merchant and my account is locked. I asked how I could unlock the account and he said that he could not. I wanted to find out if it was because the credit card info did not match, and he could not even tell and said that he did not know. He simply followed a script. What kind of customer service is that if you basically reject to do business with me without any legitimate reason? The customer care is non-existing and not logical. Gift card granny is simply a shady company. That is my experience and wasted my time.

I ordered a $200 Omaha Steaks gift card, and it states that the recipient will receive it between 30 min to 4 hours. They misspelled my sisters email address, so she didn't get the gift on her birthday. After a text, 2 emails, and 2 calls to customer service, they figured it out . So she gets the card 3 days after I bought it, and it won't work on the merchant website. Invalid card number message. 2 more calls and an email, and no resolution. After 4 days, I opened a dispute with PayPal and the next day I got an email from them asking me to have her try again, and the card worked. No apology or ANYTHING like that. So 5 days of calling etc. and the card finally worked. Never again.
Customer service agents were pleasant and were trying to be helpful, but too many calls and no resolution. Only instructions that had either, A) already been followed and didn't work, or B) just didn't work. Very frustrating and embarrassing!

I wanted to send my sister a unique gift Visa card with both our photos on it. I was a little skeptical because I was purchasing $500.00 amount. I also added a beautiful card with a message in it. This is a Pittsburgh based business and I’m from Pittsburgh and we are honest people. The gift card arrived in time for my sister’s birthday. My sister said this was the most unique birthday gift she has ever received from me. She loved it.

I use this company to mail gift cards to clients that refer new clients to us. I can put my company logo on the card and add the client's name to the card. It is a great way for a small business to build their client retention and increase client numbers. I think it is an excellent service and at this time I have no complaints.

Horrible website with employees that do not care. Tried to purchase gift cards on the site and kept getting my orders cancelled despite having more than enough credit on each of the 3 cards I tried to use.

When I reached out to their help option, all they could respond with is that they didn't know why my orders were cancelled and there was nothing that they could do.

What a horrible attitude and way to run a business.

Cancelled order for NO reason. Contacted customer service, offered no help and said to find another vendor LOL. This place is terrible.

Your company is an absolute fraud company. You don’t back up anything and your customer service stinks. I bought a card for my daughter for Christmas and then with two days the money was taken back out of the card. Purchased somehow somewhere else and left my daughter with $2.22. She never used the card or activate it, this is ridiculous and fraud. I promise you’ll never ever have to worry about me using your company again I will be reporting this to the BBB. You really need to do something because all the reviews seem to say you guys are horrible!

The process to buy the card was very simple. My e-card was delivered shortly after. I have bought 2 now and will continue to use them in the future!

Bought a simple $20 card and it declines everywhere Kroger Doordash Grubhub, these people are crooks. Sorry for the people who lost hundreds. They refuse to refund.

I had money taken from my bank account from this scam company I disputed. I never had any dealings with this company and I will file a complaint with the police and or government agency if it happens again.

I can’t seem to redeem my gift card i continuously click on it and send to my email and nothing happens.. please advise

We were a Gift Card Granny affiliate on Shareasale.com. Several orders were reported with a significantly lower order amount, and our commissions were lower due to that. We tried to reach out to their affiliate manager Ricky with no success.

It's has been a week since we were promised someone will reach out to help. No progress yet.

Hoping to get someone's attention and get it resolved!

It was very easy to order! I don't usually buy e-gift cards, but the process didn't take long, and notifications on the status came quick. This is one of the good ones!
