Gift card granny has customer service that is nonexistent. They do not issue a barcode. Therefore you have to move heaven and earth to get a store to use their credit. And that store in this case Lowes has to know how to use that card.Not only will I never use gift card granny I won’t accept it as a gift from someone ever again. Peace out

I love Gift Card Granny! The card fees and shipping options are way better than GiftCards.com or other retailers, and the service is super-fast. For physical cards (in fun designs!), I definitely want tracked shipping, but I can't wait 8 days and spend $30 just for the shipping. Granny is reasonably priced and reliably on time. Always. My only issue is that I don't understand why it's mandatory to add a recipient name or a message on a card when ordering a physical pre-designed card. I have to use the Business Bulk purchase in order to bypass what should be optional customizations.

No Shipping Tracking Info & Sticker on Cards
Everything was great except that i was not given a fed ex tracking number upon my purchase. I had to request one. An when my gift cards arrived they had a sticker on it that could not come off. That is why I did not select the five stars.
