Unusable

Every time I try to buy a gift card you cancel the order. Fraud protection is great except when it prevents me from actually using your website. The suggestion to buy physical cards defeats the purpose of having an online giftcards website.

Worst online experience ever

Worst online experience ever. spend 3 hours on trying to purchase a $100 gift card with a credit card (2 different cards declined ) , paypal - also declined . their emails are super slow. I'm done with them.

False advertising - Did not receive 8% bonus after purchasing £120

Edit: 24/4/26 - issue resolved. There was a short‑term technical issue and have sent me the bonus today.

I have tried contacting you but I still haven't received a reply.
On 14th April 2026, I saw on your website that you were giving 8% bonus top up if spend over £100 on One4All digital gift card (you have now changed the terms to spend £120).
I added £120 one4all to the order and 'SPRING' promo code and it said 'successfully added free items with promo code'. Once paid, I received the £120 gift card but the 8% gift card is nowhere to be seen. I have checked spam etc.
This is clearly false advertising and if not resolved I will have to report to the financial ombudsman as this is misleading customers to purchase gift cards due to the bonus and then not provide it.
I have a video to prove 'SPRING' code was activated.

I would give you 0 stars. Twice I had to change the recipient name where your system kept switching it to my information.. I changed it to correct person thought if I hit submit it would keep the correct information and go to the correct person the card was intended but your system changed the information back to my information and I sent myself a happy birthday gift card .. what would I send myself a gift card and pay $7.00 to do it.. this was a horrible transaction and I will never use your rip off service again
