They don't send you a track and trace…
They don't send you a track and trace code for your shipment, instead they send you some vague link via SMS.
They also use FedEX which had a bad reputation and lazy couriers. One star is too much for this company, I regret buying a razor from them.
Stop using FedEX as a courier use DHL or anything else.
