All we can recommend is that during the week of Christmas, it is always best to opt for express delivery if you need a guaranteed date, as standard only gives an estimation. We have passed the complaint onto our delivery service.

Pictures on website were different from delivery; one showed well-arranged gift, the delivery was akin to supermarket box: two of those and three of the other. Items identical but presentation missing - for the price, attention to presentation should be there.
