Gifts not made would be better. Ordered gift for colleague as a leaving gift. It didn’t arrive, sent 2 emails no response. Wished I’d checked them out more. Don’t use. Now got to try for refund or smalls claim court.

I ordered from this company a Christmas gift for my parents I waited weeks for it to arrive message twice and they each time said it was on its way I have still not received the item and they don't seem to care I find this behaviour and customer service despicable they do not care about their customers or anything else they just want your money and then forget about you I wish I'd read the reviews before I bought the item I better get a refund I am extremely angry with this company I do not recommend this company stay well clear.

Ordered a pocket watch and cufflinks off this site, like other's, wish I'd of read the reviews first! Pocket watch not working, had to replace the battery myself, still haven't received cufflinks! This was for a birthday present. Very disappointed! Tried calling, got cut off several times, email not very helpful! Customer service is crap! This company is a joke, definitely NOT gifts made special! My advise DON'T Use this company!!!!

Will never order from this company again after failing to deliver my personalised compact mirror which was ordered 5th sept requested refund.After 2 months and numerous phone calls and Emails I have received refund today very poor service.

What a complete disgrace of a company wish I read these before ordering from this dreadful site. Been waiting 20 days and still waiting for an item won't reply to any of emails, ring them up and get a bunch of lies because I still haven't received my items. Do not order from this site. I repeat do not order from this site. Was waiting for an birthday item for my aunt. By the previous reviews seems like legal action is the next step.

so it looks like they have doctored the website with positive comments
the truth is they dont care about the customer once they have your money.
so I ordered a chain and a chrome box ingraved for my friends birthday,
it took so long to come i had to get in touch with them and tell them her birthday was due in a few days. they got it to me with 1 day to spare and it was the wrong box they sent the cheap box even though i had paid for the better one. I didnt want the order after that so i am now trying to get a refund back I have returned the goods and I still havnt had any money its been a month now and am goind to seek legal action

My gift didn't arrive, even though it was ordered in plenty of time, and I have never ever had to spend so much time and effort trying to get a refund. This company doesn't care, doesn't answer emails and doesn't refund you without you threatening to take further action against them. Sagepay won't help either, they only exist to protect the retailer, you'll have to visit your bank and fill in an application to get a refund to your debit card and I've got better things to do than make a 40 mile round trip to do that. What a pain in the neck, I wish I'd never heard of Gifts Made Special!

I ordered a present for my friends kids 1st birthday, it arrived in good time but the frame corner was scuffed and plastic corned protector broken.

I called and informed them, they said they'll send another frame straight away, I asked how long it will take to arrive because the party is on the coming weekend, she said she'd send it express then. and it arrived the next day.

Excellent gift, excellent service, fair price.
