Order finally received, long delivery time with little communication. Items received were as ordered, packaged very well. Just communication requires improvement, just a simple email explaining postage delays would have sufficed.
The website looked so genuine that I was fooled into ordering some Christmas supplies.
Do NOT order. I received an unverified email after placing my order and then nothing further. I have not received any response despite contacting multiple email address.
Thankfully paypal refunded me after reporting the transaction and I encourage you to do so if you also purchased from this website.
After a month I still haven't received my order. All emails sent haven't gotten any response and phone goes straight to voice mail with no one getting back to you.
I believe it is a fake website. Made a purchase and nothing heard from them and no way to contact them at all. AVOID AT ALL COST !
FAKE Website, based in York, UK.
Placed an order for a Wrendale Watch. No further communication from the seller.
Tried to contact seller via the online message option, then email, then telephone & also Facebook messenger. No response to any of them.
Had to ask PayPal for a refund.
Do Not Buy from them.
Selling items they don't have in stocks, then not answering phone calls, messages or E mails. Had to contact paypal for a resolution, still, no contact from blooms.

Ordered an item that was listed as in stock on the website. Then received a phonecall to say they ‘don’t have any’ and I was offered a substitute item or ‘credit’.
I emailed back and requested a full refund and my correspondence was ignored.
Thankfully I paid via PayPal so was able to put in a claim that way and get my money back.
Absolutely farcical, this is either a scam company or run by someone who doesn’t understand basic business.
If it’s not in stock it shouldn’t be available to order on the website, and if an order cannot be fulfilled it’s common sense a refund should be offered!

Product discontinued over a year ago, company admitted they don't have stock despite it being on their website, still waiting for the promised refund after 3 weeks ....
Prompt dispatch, packaged well and just the most gorgeous items. We had an error getting messages across which wasn't anyone's fault but the lady is lovely and I'll be buying more for myself in the future.
