I needed a bigger amp, I was really confused about the head unit output and speaker cab output, but I didn’t want to buy a combo. The great thing about Gig Gear is you can buy these together so there’s no worrying about damaging equipment. I had a query and rang them up, an extremely helpful young man answered and knew exactly what he was talking about. Equipment arrived really quickly and everything works as it should. I will definitely be buying from them again. It’s just a shame I don’t live closer!

The website gave lots of info and pictures and links to videos which was helpful in choosing the guitar. I rang and spoke to Sam who cheerfully answered all my questions. On delivery, I found the guitar to be very well packaged and ready to play out of the box. Really pleased with the customer service and delighted with my new guitar.

Not used this site before but glad I did as the tracking is clear. They have a price match option, finance, klarna etc. Very good! Item arrived well packaged and works perfectly (I've had experiences with things arriving broken hah)
