After seeing a busker play the instrument i thought that sounds and looks amazing a quick Google search found the guitar for sale from two shops one was a bit cheaper than the other but gig gear said before posting it would have a full inspection with respect of the frets nut and overall action of the guitar enough to sway me to the more expensive price now I do appreciate that this is a four hundred pound guitar but if you say you will provide a service it's probably best if you do pmt and gak spring to mind unfortunately the guitar has sharp frets the bottom. E string was so tight in the nut that a single tuning was enough for the string to break but as a guitar player for 35 years I appreciate that such things happen then after a quick noodle with my new guitar I found that the action was a little high for my liking only to find that the wrong sized Allen key had been supplied with the guitar so no truss rod adjustment could be done so there is no way that this particular instrument had ever been on a lufiers bench but as I said it is a four hundred pounds guitar so it is what it is will I be using the shop again probably not a quick journey to Denmark street is probably my better option to be honest

Superb customer service!

Shortly after ordering an acoustic guitar I had a phone call to confirm that I have ordered the right one. It's an acoustic with a cutaway but no electronics which is unusual and the store wanted to confirm I didn't order the wrong thing. Honestly great attention to detail and very thoughtful thing to do!

Guitar arrived the next day in perfect condition, tuned and ready to play out of the box.
