Fantastic company and very professional outfit. Recently put a pole up on Elder Garth in Garforth which we are very happy about and can finally get decent internet in the area!
Appalling company
Appalling company - avoid.
Giggle Fibre acts with complete disregard for regulations, safety, or the wishes of the community in which it works. They have refused to engage properly with residents, and have persisted with unnecessary, outdated installation of telegraph poles that only duplicates existing underground connection. They have used creosote (dangerous substance) poles by a recreational park and school playing field. They did not give the required notice before proceeding with installation, and have ignored all objections by residents. A waste of time, a waste of resources, and a blight on the community.
Looking for cutting-edge technology…
Looking for cutting-edge technology sold with 19th-century charm? Giggle Fibre has you covered — profit first, customers last. Sign up if you enjoy a company that doesn’t care because they’re getting paid anyway
Boycott them!
Appalling company who are taking neighbourhoods back to the 1950s by erecting unsightly telegraph poles in neighbourhoods that were NEVER intended to have them and don’t need them as there is already a choice of full and fast fibre broadband via underground infrastructure. The community said NO but you are doing it anyway. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. We will NEVER take broadband via poles. You are abusing our neighbourhoods for your own commercial gain - GREED!
Great experience
Great experience! The poles are essential for ultimate broadband speed needed for the generation of now! Not for the generation for the rest of garforth! Can’t wait for it to be live!

Unfortunately I don’t have a single positive comment to make . A truly horrible company , rotten to the core . avoid at all costs .
Zero respect for environment and…
Zero respect for environment and customers. Unsightly poles and wires.
Totally Ignoring The Feelings and Concerns of Residents
Awful! Total lack of care and acknowledgement of local residents. Turned up without prior knowledge to install unsightly telegraph poles across the town with wires that cross peoples land. Giggle Fibre are foisting a totally unwanted technology on a town that already has a fast, reliable, underground internet connection.
If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would, they have come to our town and begun to install unsightly telegraph poles for High speed broadband. The community was not consulted, little to no notice given prior to work commencing. Poor communication from the company when trying to object. The poles look awful and once all the wires start going up it will look even worse. A dreadful company paying no heed to the community’s overwhelming voice objecting, and riding roughshod over everyone!
I wish I could give 0 stars
I wish I could give 0 stars. They’ve infiltrated our neighbourhood with overhead wires without proper consideration of the residents and how the whole estate was built with underground connection to avoid use of telephone poles. I’ll not be using goggle fibre or any of their services.
A Blight on Our Community – Giggle Fiber’s Disgraceful Conduct
If you’re looking for a company that disregards local communities, ignores elected representatives, and treats residents with contempt, then look no further than Giggle Fiber.
Their recent actions in our estate have been nothing short of appalling, and their name is fast becoming synonymous with corporate arrogance and reckless disregard for the people they claim to serve.
Without proper consultations, Giggle Fiber has been installing unsightly telegraph poles all over our neighborhood, ruining the character of our streets and imposing their infrastructure without any respect for local concerns. Our Labour MP, Richard Burgon, has formally requested that all works be halted until proper community consultations are carried out—yet his letters have been blatantly ignored. This is not just an insult to him; it is an insult to every resident affected by their reckless actions.
To make matters worse, the workmen carrying out these installations have been nothing but rude and dismissive when challenged. Instead of engaging respectfully with concerned residents, they have brushed off complaints, refusing to acknowledge the distress their work is causing. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from any company, let alone one that is forcing its presence upon a community against its will.
Giggle Fiber’s utter lack of accountability, transparency, and respect for local voices is shameful. If this is how they treat people before they’ve even begun providing a service, imagine how they will operate once they have installed their infrastructure. Their actions raise serious questions about corporate responsibility and community engagement—or, in their case, the complete absence of both.
Until Giggle Fiber starts listening to the people they are affecting, halts their works, and engages in genuine, open consultations with residents, they should not be welcomed in any community. If you value your neighborhood and your right to be heard, I would strongly advise against ever considering their services!!
Avoid at all costs....no community care…
Avoid at all costs....no community care or consideration and putting up extremely large poles right outside peoples lounge windows ! Disgusting and underhand !
Beware of this company
Beware of this company, they will ride rough shod across a community without any care or concern for the people living in the area just to achieve their goals of saturating a town with Telegraph poles unnecessarily. Absolute charlatans.
This company is a disgrace
This company is a disgrace. They have come into our community and put up 100’s of ugly telegraph poles ruining the whole look of our village. Despite complaints from residents and requests for them to meet with the community they have refused to come to meetings unless they are 1 on 1 because they know the majority of the community do not want this. Instead they have steam rolled ahead putting up poles without full notice been served, putting up poles in the middle of pavements to the detriment of pedestrians and ruined the look of the village. All so the owner can line his pockets and sell the company on. Shame on you!!!!!!
Giggle fibre ( joke)
This company are not interested ion what customers may or may not want they are only interested in filling pockets. They have blighted our streets with unwanted and unnecessary telegraph poles when they received 1000 of complaints they told us it was the best way . The meant the cheap way . Stay well clear , they’re a bunch of charlatans. I gave them 1 because 0 is not an option
Abysmal company
I’ve just moved to Garforth, and I can’t believe how this company is making the area look like something out of the 1950s. They have 0 regard for residents’ concerns. Who still uses ugly overhead cables? You already have proper fibre from big providers available underground - like you’d expect from a decent company.
Anyone who posted a good review here (not many) - don't be fooled, these are paid for reviews.
No regard for residents
No regard for residents who do not want telegraph poles erecting on underground infrastructure estates!
Giggle refuse to hold a public meeting and are now not responding to emails.
Not the way to engage with any future clients. I will NOT be using any broadband provider who uses last century overhead poles. A quick & cheap method that we don’t want!
Utter disregard for residents
Utter disregard for residents' strong objections to providing infrastructure via unsightly and archaic telegraph poles, when many areas of our community already have superfast fibre provision using underground networks established by Openreach (ISP's including BT, Talktalk and Sky etc), and Virgin.
21st century technology being delivered using 19th century wooden telegraph poles and ugly overhead cables should not be allowed in an area that has in some cases, enjoyed clear sky views for more than 50 years.
Giggle fibre has refused to enter into any kind of meaningful dialogue with residents or community groups who are strongly opposed to their actions, and several approaches made by our elected MP and local councilors, requesting that they hear our views have been either ignored or brushed aside.
You have a one star review solely because it isn't possible to give zero!
This company is acting disgracefully
This company is acting disgracefully; erecting poles which nobody in our town wants, with no public consultation. They are just looking to make a quick buck and don’t care about ruining the appearance of our neighbourhood
Not Wanted By The Community
If I could put Zero I would, this company have Zero thought for the local community won’t have a public meeting, their ugly telegraph poles are ugly and make our open skylines look awful. We don’t wires all over the place No one should purchase from them
No regard for residents opposed to having telegraph poles erected on our streets
Went ahead installing telegraph poles in spite of overwhelming opposition by residents. Despicable behaviour & not the way to win customers, if indeed that's their plan.
