Getting several quotes at once simplified the process. I got quick responses from 4 area performers and even got info on which performers were not available for my date.

it was a very good experience once we ironed out an issue in getting the formal quote; had quick response both via email and phone to my query with the issue and it was resolved. Am looking forward to the event and will let you know how that works out. I expect it will be excellent.

Great experience! I was a little concerned once I realized that I needed to pay it all up front but the contract is clear and the service provider that I booked has been fantastic!

A choice of providers were offered and the one we chose provided a prompt quote. This really took concern off of the planning for our event and is so appreciated.

After submitting my request, the site sent out requests to multiple bands/musicians. That eliminated a huge amount of leg work for me. When proposals came in, there was just one site to check and I received alerts in my email and text messages about proposals coming in. Extremely helpful. I love how quickly the musicians responded to my request. When I started messaging one particular directly, his responses were very fast and informative. Booking was easy, and I loved the explanation of how/when the money was distributed. Overall, a great process. Hugely convenient and helpful.

It is complicated for old folks…newbs know all this oldsters use personal emails & phone numbs….going thru a program assumes you know how to navigate one.
