I was the lead booker for five other…

I was the lead booker for five other ladies and myself. From booking the tickets to arriving at our seat we had not an issue everthing went smoothly. We were sat in bloc 323 seats 562/567 row 13 unfortunately in front of us row 12 sat 4 women that stood through the whole concert. When they were politely asked if they would sit down for the quieter songs, we were met with abuse and disgusting language. When the concert was over on exciting our seats one of the women threw water over three of us drenching us through. A brilliant evening spoilt by these obnoxious women.

Easy purchase of tickets

The site was easy to use and gave good options. I purchased 2 tickets and it was so easy to do.

Not easy to contact

Awful customer service for requesting an insurance claim refund for tickets. Ended up putting tickets up for sale on the approved resale site as the official stance is a response within 1-5 days however emailed them to say the tickets have been sold and the claim is no longer required. Got a email day after the event acknowledging the previous email and that the insurance claim was no longer required and to enjoy the show !!! Could tell they really didn’t want to honour the claim even though they gladly took the additional payment for the insurance.
No easy way of contacting.

Love Gigs and Tours

Love Gigs and Tours! Really easy website to navigate and buy concert tickets, and also really good and letting me know when shows are coming up that we might enjoy. Also - their resale platform is easy to navigate and makes sure any tickets you end up not being able to use can go to other fans so they can enjoy the show. Really great booking process, easy to navigate website, and LOVE the gigs themselves. Thanks peeps!

Little help if things go wrong

I can't see my tickets 2 days before the concert. It is difficult to speak to anyone to get help. The notes on their email told me to uninstall and reinstall the app if this happened. They failed to send me a one-off code to log back in. Now I am shut out and can't speak to them

It was mostly straightforward

It was mostly straightforward, did not like not being able to pick seats it only let me view an avaliable block and gave me seats.
I also don't like booking and having to download yet another app to get the tickets.
Other than that the process was smooth, no huge queues, the check I'm not a robot actually believed me for once and I didn't have to stress about trying to make it realise I am a person.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We have a designated seating map on the left hand side of the booking page, which is also on the next stage/page of booking once tickets are in your basket.
For reassurance, our site allocates the best available seats from the criteria you choose/what is there when you try to book.

I've been trying to share a ticket…

I've been trying to share a ticket through their app for a week. I've emailed them three times with the same question. They consistently are sending me the same response that has nothing to do with my question. And it's soooo frustrating.

Very easy to purchase tickets although…

Very easy to purchase tickets although I would of liked to choose my own seat instead of being given best available. The problems arise when you have to use the dedicated app to access your tickets, it's shocking and compounds my opinions that technology is designed by idiots
