Well Done Giles Heating!
When my wife and I moved to our new home in January 2022 we took out boiler care (as we always have done in the past). Giles Heating were assigned to carry out the servicing. It was clear to us from the cageyness of the previous occupiers that they hadn't bothered to have the boiler serviced, probably since 2019. On the first service last year they identified a heat exchanger that was in poor condition. Having got the go-ahead from our boiler care people, Giles Heating came and replaced it in short order, no fuss and very efficient. Yesterday we had our second service carried out by Paul. He was friendly, courteous and very efficient. Not only that, as he could see I was interested in what was being inspected and tested, he basically gave me a running commentary and showed me all the readings. Thankfully our boiler is in excellent health. I was (and have been from the outset) very impressed with this family run company and the people who have visited us for servicing and repairs and I felt the need to record this as this kind of attention and service is not at all common these days. Well done Giles Heating!
