Six weeks ago I purchased 2 vouchers…
I am editing this review and changing the rating, as 2 vouchers were emailed to me approximately 2 hours after I called customer service. Unfortunately, they are not the vouchers that I need. I have made another request and specified the vouchers that I need.

Six weeks ago I purchased 2 vouchers for a local spa and planned a Spa day for my daughter's birthday. I just logged into the Gilt website so I could print the vouchers and discovered that I cannot view/print them. When I called the number on their website I had to wait 30 minutes for the customer service person the reach someone that could email the vouchers to me. I then was told that it takes 3-5 days to receive the email. The Spa appointments are scheduled for 2 from now. When I told them that the spa appointment was in 2 days they said they would send it in the next 24 hours. I really hope that they do.
