The ordering system seemed very straightforward and having placed my order I was contacted to discuss what I wanted. Sensible suggestions for alternative components were made and accepted and the computer was dispatched within a couple of days. The delivery was free and the couriers delivered it on a Saturday morning which was great. Excellent service all round

helped me with the pc build and even after the PSU was making a clicking sound they solved that for me as well. also when i sent a email they got back to me within 5hours/1day really good fast shipping thank you ginger 6 i will buy other pc from you guys when i next upgrade

I had a great experience with Ginger6. Before ordering I phoned and got some really good advise from Kevin. I place the order on a Monday and received my new custom PC on Wednesday. The new desktop performs very well with an excellent gaming experience.

This is the 2nd pc I've ordered from Ginger6 and they've both been excellent. The 1st was 7years ago. This time I ordered an AMD Ryzen custom built pc, mid-range. Apparently the case I ordered was out of stock so I was upgraded to a better case (at no extra cost) - nice customer service. I ordered it on a Thursday lunch time and it was delivered by the following Tuesday lunchtime, which was quick turnaround. I'd happily order from them again in future - highly recommend.

Excellent place to get a rig from this is my 2nd from here in 10 years and absolutely not one problem with them,Bought a new i9 Talked on the phone about the pc case and they gave me good advice, would highly recomend.
