Customer Service was superb. I placed several calls over a few weeks trying to spec out a brand new machine and explained all the criteria I was trying to meet. Kevin was the not the type of salesperson that just wanted to sell me something, He even proposed less expensive options for many things as being "overkill" or not required. Huge thank you for all the advice. Then I ordered my new machine which arrived within a week as planned and having seen the immense change the pc has had to the quality of the games on screen - I cannot recommend this company any higher.

Very rapid turn-around arrived 2 days later at 7:30 am on a Saturday! (I was warned by text from the courier - so no problem there). I did have a problem, however, which was my fault (!) when PC refused to boot. I failed to read the sign on the back saying 'plug in monitor here'. Emailed on a Saturday not expecting a response till Monday but got one almost immediately - gently pointing out that the reason the PC wouldn't boot was I had plugged the monitor in the wrong place. Embarassing. Anway PC fine now - very good after sales!

Other than the mix up with delivery (not your fault) The build quality was excellent. Client very happy.
So I am very happy 😊

Wanted to give it a week or 2 to see how my lad felt and he is buzzing. Loves it, loves it, loves it. Service is top notch and we're very happy with his computer, we were gonna get a monitor but the one we have which we thought was knackered actually works great but if we need anything else we will use this company again.

I ordered a high end gaming PC with a 4090 Nvidia graphics card and the new i9-14900kf specifically for flying in VR with MSFS 2020. I chose ginger 6 as they were the only PC builder in the UK that did not ask for pre-order. Amazing service and a very professional customer service agent over the phone when I called regarding a question.

Brilliant customer service. I was called by the company director after ordering a custom PC with some incompatible parts.
