Exceptional Artwork
I have been purchasing artwork from Gioia Wall Art for the past couple of years. The selection of art is extensive and includes works by some of my favourite artists. The quality is excellent and I prefer their style of framing to that of other suppliers. I mostly purchase framed canvas art.
The website is easy to use and the customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend this company.
Great range of artwork but terrible choice of courier
Great range of artwork and good quality, but they are completely let down by their choice of courier - Couriers Please. My canvas was deemed lost after nearly three weeks, they sent a replacement which was meant to be delivered on 21 Feb. It now says unable to deliver - set for redelivery next business day and... I still don't have it as of 27 Feb.

A wonderful range of artwork available - from artist paintings to prints. The range would suit any decor with fabulous styles and colours available. The customer service team are prompt and professional and offer great sales and delivery support. The delivery timeframes are as published with great tracking options. We have used this company on multiple occasions and highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed an order on 6h January and no communication for a week, so I checked online and found out the processing time was one month, then up to another week for freight within Australia.
I reached out to double check and was told that there would be a significant delay. I asked to cancel my order as the time frame is way too long and won't work (birthday gift). I was then told I would get a refund minus 7% as this was their policy. I politely requested they refund the whole amount, given that nothing had been done with my order, and was refused.
Would not recommend.

Beautiful print. Dispatch took about a week or so, but the product is beautiful and is of fantastic quality. Customer service was very responsive.
Do not recommend
Do not recommend. I ordered a piece in early December as a Christmas gift, relying on website advertising about delivery timeframe. I was informed on 19 December that Christmas delivery was no longer possible. I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and they agreed (as well as agreeing to review the cancellation fee given the circumstances). When I contacted them to check progress with the refund (allowing them one business day to undertake the promised review), they informed me it was now too late to cancel at all. I consider this completely unacceptable as multiple failures on their part have now led to me being out of pocket in terms of having to buy another alternative gift without the benefit of a refund from this company.
Editing on 7 Jan to add that I contacted Gioia straight away (as the reply to this review suggested below) to request the refund (minus the cancellation fee) and was refused again by the company. Having said that the print has now arrived and seems pretty good quality, just a shame that I have no need for it now. I would also add that at no point during the check out process was it communicated that pre Christmas delivery was not possible and the opening pages were full of Christmas advertising (although I note that the reply below says that it was noted on their website somewhere). Overall - the product seems fine but service is really not reasonable and I would be careful in dealing with them. I assume that they will reply again to say I am wrong but, honestly, I am trying to fairly recount my experience.

Canvass print looks good…
Canvass print looks good overall,quality was exactly what I expected.However did notice a small chip in the panel when I opened the package. Thankfully, I ordered a black panel,so i just used a sharpee to touch it up rather than go through the hassle of returning. It worked out ok. Just bummed it wasn't perfect out of the box. Otherwise it was a good purchase.
