Bought 4 ...they are now all in the bin as they have frayed and look awful. I was told its because og my beard or stubble. Shocking quality andcshocking customer service.

Horrendous sales tactics calling a potential customer naive and lazy...

I have bought 4 of these , very small , do not stretch and the latest a Marino one which is wafer thin and not warm at all

Nice but VERY tight ( and no i dont have a fat neck ) you cant ride with one if you want to breathe, I tried it a few times and it was just too tight, Probably just skimping on materiel costs, It going in the bin and i will never buy anything from them again.

Nanoweave fabric is quite simply far superior to the fabric used by other major competitors. The styles are amazing. I must admit I’m a bit addicted to neck tubes and own far more than I need. In my opinion these are the best. Perfect sizing, keep their shape and incredible print and detail.
Ok, so 4 stars! Why not 5? Well, you just don’t communicate, and your order notification via email is all over the place. If you tighten up here then you’ll be world class.
All in all though a good company with some sound morals and ethics with an outstanding product to boot. I will continue to use them. Just hope that they improve in the areas I’ve mentioned.

We ordered 250 multiwraps for our Football Club, to raise funds for our Under 20s team. Michael Hughes, the new Sales Director, was very helpful and within a couple of days we had been given a 3D rendition graphic of how it would look. This was impressive. I was also sent some samples of their product, free of charge. We were advised that the production time would be 3-4 weeks. It slipped by a week, which is understandable due to the current pandemic. When I did enquire about delivery, Michael always responded to my emails or calls within a day. Communication was good. The items arrived one day after I was advised that they had been despatched. The product is excellent and very well packaged. Overall, a good service and we will use them again.

I have ordered products from other continents that arrived quicker than these. I ordered 3x items to try as samples before using the design service to have some made for customer gifts.. the quality is ok. But i have a cotton version from another supplier that is much comfier. Needless to say i will continue looking for another supplier.

I placed my first order with Giraffe, I got an email confirmation and then nothing for over a week. No contact number, order number or expected delivery date, the fact they charge a delivery fee I would expect a quick delivery. Not impressed so far, I really hope I see my delivery soon 🙁

We have used Giraffe for several items and I must regrettably report that their performance in responding to placed orders is very poor to the point we will not be using them in the future unless they improve their performance in this area.

Bad customer service, no contact number could be found on their website so I sent several emails with no response. I was chasing my order as my business was running a competition. Before I had paid they replied to me instantly but after payment nothing. Even after I received the order I have had no response. I will not be using Giraffe's service again....

Additional: This is NOT a fake review but I do not wish to reveal my identity, I have screenshots of the emails and facebook messenger. I'm not trying to hurt your business I just want to give honest feedback.

Very efficient service and very understanding sales staff.

Giraffe wear have been very helpful in getting my mountain rescue team up and running with their first order. The samples were an excellent chance to look at the product and reflect on ideas. We have returned for another run of head gear with Giraffe helping to adjust the colours for hopefully improved sales. The head gear is being used in search and rescue throughout the year, being comfortable and visible.

From start to the finished product was a pleasure. All the help I needed to design the Giraffe even though we changed our minds several times.

I have used this company to design and manufacture custom Neck warmers for a group of ex military. They produce a very professional product at a very competitive price. I also used the Giraffe marketing ( website / eBay page) for my distribution and postage. I cannot rate the service and product highly enough!

Simply fantastic result, I am so impressed with the design and the quality of the finished product. My fellow monkeys are beating my door down to get hold of them!! Anyone looking for a high quality, custom print should head to Giraffe for sure!

Fast communication, very easy to deal with, fast processes + delivery, high quality garment for a good price! We love our headwear!!

We discovered Giraffe whilst looking for a branded memento for our open water swim race. We had just over a week to go before race day and the lovely people at Giraffe quoted, designed and delivered the product in 3 working days!!! The swimmers loved the Giraffes and we've seen them being worn all over!

We were looking for a branded item to sell in the Glasgow Climbing Centre shop. These neck gaiters came in at a great price, Giraffes design ideas worked really well, and i cant stop my staff from getting them for themselves. Nice one Giraffe :-)

these people are great no comms issues and they do what you ask plus more have recommended to various people and and deliver what you ask for 10/10 in my books
