A total scam

A total scam - they promote a free app and then charge you nearly $90 saying it is non refundable and there is no way to even see this in the download process.

Shonky scam

One of my kids looked at a dance app. Just looked at it, then suddenly I get a deduction for $250AUD, no warning, no email. Nothing. I have reported it to Paypal. This shonky scam needs to be stopped.

Unknown random Gismart charges on paypal

Gismart charges just kept showing on my paypal. I had to cancel it from the bank because it doesn't show what I am paying for.
I find companies like Huel and IL Makiage so much more ethical as they notify you 2-3 days before the next debit probably because they have excellent products and don't need to sneak money out.

I have an android phone and this app is for iphone.
tried to get a refund through my bank but they say I have to get my refund from gismart. Will pursue this further.

I was charged for "something" and don't even know what it is! I've never heard of the company and you can't send them an email. Didn't notice the charges on my credit card until recently. Stay far away from these thieves!

Gismart is a terrible company without…

Gismart is a terrible company without morals. They offered a 'paid for' 7 day trial for a dancefit app. I paid and then without any communication when the 7 days were up they took a monthly subscription automatically. Shocking. You expect it on a Free Trial but not a paid for Trial. Will never buy any apps from this Company again.

Scam likely

They charged my husband's card. Fortunately the bank is quick to be like hey this looks suspicious, and we checked and no on has bought anything. Not sure how or where it came from. We contacted Google and reported it and also told the bank it was unauthorized.

Unauthorised Transactions - scammers!

Charged my account almost $140 for absolutely nothing. Never heard of the company nor have I bought any subscriptions so this was done without my authorisation. Apparently also provided Paypal with "tracking numbers" to say that whatever it was that I supposedly bought was "delivered". Now have to contact my bank.

How do I contact gismart?? F@#$ing Scamming Muppets. I have no knowledge about subscribing nor making 2 payments of the sort that they have charged me for. I've never heard of this company before until today when I checked my account and noticed 2 payments went out to them!! By the looks of the reviews they have done this to many people and continue to do so!. This is THEFT gismart!! I want a refund!!!! I've e-mailed the company with proof of their unauthorized transaction and no reply.
I've had to cancel my debit card because of these THIEVES so no more unauthorized transactions are done🤬

Very dodgy

Very dodgy, I can’t remember subscribing but could be something I checked online. I noted a once off subscription of $69.99 in December 2022 but when I checked my PayPal account, shows automatic renewal every 6 months. I just went into PayPal and deleted subscription.

Scammed and wants a refund.

This is very bad. I noticed when I played DJ it!, It said I had to pay 10 dollars for subscription. I pressed the X and it let me played. When I got paid from doing chores on Sunday, it said, "9.99 paid for subscription". I never paid for a subscription nor the premium. This is a scam. I want refunds. I worked hard for that money and you just robbed me and scam. I don't care if you don't accept refunds but I want my fricking money back. My hard work MONEY!!

Scam and shady customer support

Scam and shady customer support - don't engage in any of their apps. Sadly if you're here looking up Gismart you probably already have. I noticed a $29.99 monthly charge in Paypal and didn't recognize this name. When I reached out to support they told me I subscribed in April, but their records showed I did not have an account and had never used their service. They asked if I needed any help getting started. Well I asked to cancel, and asked if the last charge could be refunded since I originally contacted them the day of the charge and it was now one day past. A person named Trent informed me their TOS does not allow refunds and linked me to a TOS page on a Harmony Bit website. What is Harmony Bit? It had nothing to do with my subscription. So shady, and stole about $90 from me.

WARNING I was charged $67 even though…

WARNING I was charged $67 even though there was no subscription. I was just in my subscription section a few days before the charge. THERE WAS NOTHING IN THERE FOR THIS APP BUT STILL GOT CHARGED!

Edit.. 2 years later they want to respond with this does not happen... if this dont happen, why did I get charged and why did I get the refund. THIS IS A SCAM DON'T USE THIS APP!!!! You been warned. I still have all the emails back and forth it was not till I threatened to go to google to expose how they were able to cheat and make you get a bogus subscription. Thats when they gave my refund to keep me quite. I may just collect it all and send it to google, since they are trying to scam again.
